Former police officer Derek Chauvin was found guilty on Tuesday of killing George Floyd on May 25, 2020. Cherokee County Libertarian Party Chair Shannon Grimes was among the party leaders and law enforcement officials who spoke with the Tahlequah Daily Press concerning the verdict.
