Rules for US Senate Candidacy

1. Filing fee is $1000
2. Residential Requirement: live in the District after you win (you can run in a District you don't live in)
3. Age Requrement: 35 years

Rules for US House of Representative Candidacy

1. Filing fee is $750
2. Residential Requirement: live in the District after you win (you can run in a District you don't live in)
3. Age Requirement: 25 years

Rules for Oklahoma House of Representatives

1. Filing fee is $200
2. Live in District for six months and Registered to Vote in a recognized Party
3. Age Requirement: 21 years

Rules for Oklahoma Senate:

1. Filing fee is $200
2. Live in District for six months and Registered to Vote in a recognized Party
3. Age Requirement: 25 years
